Dark chocolate panna cotta

Ingredients

  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) cold water
  • 21/3 cup (550 ml) 35% cream
  • ½ cup (100 ml) sugar
  • 1 pouch dark chocolate CANTON® Chocolate Fondue

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate with the cream.

Remove from heat.

Add gelatin to a bowl with cold water, leave about 2 minutes, drain and add to the cream and chocolate mixture, stirring vigorously.

Pour into ramekins or coffee cups.

Refrigerate for about 4 hours and serve.
