Dijon chicken parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) CANTON® Dijonnaise fondue sauce
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) Italian bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation

  • Coat chicken breasts with CANTON® Dijonnaise fondue sauce.
  • Mix the parmesan and bread crumbs together in a bowl and dredge chicken through the mixture to coat.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 7 minutes.
  • Flip the breasts and continue cooking for another 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Serve with pasta or vegetables.
