Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) CANTON® Dijonnaise fondue sauce
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) Italian bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Coat chicken breasts with CANTON® Dijonnaise fondue sauce.
- Mix the parmesan and bread crumbs together in a bowl and dredge chicken through the mixture to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 7 minutes.
- Flip the breasts and continue cooking for another 7 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with pasta or vegetables.
