Tomato & olive chicken drumsticks

Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 75 mL (1/3 cup) tomato paste
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) paprika
- 175 mL (3/4 cup) diced tomatoes
- 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) CANTON™ Original Broth
- 250 mL (1 cup) small black olives
Preparation
- Place drumsticks and vegetables in a crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together tomato paste, paprika, diced tomatoes and broth; add to crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add olives 15 minutes before the end of cooking time.
