Preparation
- Into a large saucepan, pour Canton Onion Soup and water, then bring to a boil.
- Add your favourite pasta and cook until the liquid is almost completely absorbed, about 12 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add the cream and stir until smooth.
- Add 60 mL (1/4 cup) grated cheese directly to the saucepan and continue cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Pour into bowls and garnish with remaining grated cheese and parsley.
- Enjoy!
VARIATION
Sauté your favourite mushrooms in a little olive oil and add to the saucepan at the same time as the grated cheese. Delicious!
