Preparation
- In a bowl, combine half of honey, mustard, sage and half of garlic. Spread over roast and place meat in a crockpot.
- Add remaining ingredients to crockpot; cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove cooked roast from crockpot. Remove netting around roast as well as any visible fat.
- Cut roast into serving pieces and return to crockpot.
