Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of fragrant white rice
- 2 cups Sesame-Ginger broth
- ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
- In a colander, rinse rice with cold water.
- In a small saucepan with oven-proof lid, put the rice and Sesame-Ginger broth.
- Bring to a boil, cover and bake 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit a few minutes on the stovetop.
- Empty the rice into a bowl, add oil or melted butter and, using a fork, gently mix the rice well.
- Serve with fish or white meat.
